Expensive but it has to be for people visitng hospital. Money goes to hospital. I won't complain about the cost. Lot would be full of shoppers etc. otherwise.

This is one of the most poorly maintained parking garages in Hamilton! I have been parking in this facility several time a month since 2017 for cancer treatment. The elevator door in the Poplar Street garage opens and closes so slowly that the alarm sounds every time. The paint is falling off the walls in sheets and the stairways are dreadful. After paying 250.00 for parking, I expect better service, given that there are more concerning health issues anout which to worry than needing to keep checking parking passes that are coded incorrectly or unreadable.

This is the parking garage for the Juravinski Hospital buildings. For a hospital this garage isn't very handicap accessible. There are only 2 handicap spots in the lot near the wheelchair entrance. The others are in the garage structure. The parking lot and garage are at the opposite end of the hospital from patient check in which involves an underground hike through tunnels under the hospital buildings which can be a real challenge for the disabled.
