I went there a few months ago to translate the stamps of my Arabic passport. When I returned to receive the translation, I found an incorrect translation of one of the stamps, so I told the front desk woman about the correct translation and that I could bring the plane ticket and my passport to confirm my correction. She went to tell the Arabic translator and I was so surprised when the Arabic translator woman came out screaming, wrinkling the paper and telling me that she would not correct it. I spoke to her in Arabic - as my English is weak- telling her that if the translation would not match the dates of airport boarding this would be a problem for me and hence no need for this translation, but she continued screaming and told her colleagues that I wanted her to cheat and exploited my weak English and my inability to defend myself and she said to me rudely\ do not come here again\ - She could tell me that she will not correct the translation by a more polite and quite way- I refused to take the translation and got my 60 dollars back. Fortunately, I did not need that translation.
I translated my driving license there, The front desk lady is so friendly, The interpreter Balkis is so friendly and cooperative.
My wife had to retranslate her own documents multiple times because after paying nearly 600 dollars the translation service provided couldn't even get my name right for a receipt, let alone translate a document correctly. It was a horrific experience for me and because of the lack of communication for the first few days I initially thought I was scammed out of my money. I'll never use their service again after what I went through, and recommend against anyone else from doing so.
Great translation agency, professional service and high quality translations. After Toronto agencies failed miserably, this company really surprised me with there quality. 5 stars!
