I worked with Mr. Holland regarding a slip and fall accident that has caused chronic back pain. I didn't think it was worthwhile pursuing until I realized the limitations these issues were causing for me long term. Mr. Holland (Dan), was incredibly knowledgeable and kind through out the entire process. He let me know a reasonable number we could expect and was very honest about how long this process could take. We weren't working with the most efficient claims adjuster from the company in question. Dan was incredibly patient with my constant anxious follow up emails and phone calls. Through out the duration of the settlement negotiations he was always there to listen and guide me. I would highly recommend working with him if you ever have a settlement to be reached. His service will not be outmatched!

I got in a severe car accident 3 years ago and I have to say I don't know how I would have gotten through it all without Himelfarb & Prozanski. David Himelfarb and his team stuck with me from beginning to end to ensure I was given all of my needed care and assisted in dealing with situations that I didn't have the energy too. His team that took so much burden off my shoulders i can't thank enough. They gave me the time to heal and care for myself. I need to especially thank Mena Brar ( paralegal to David himelfarb), she is one of the kindest and realist people I have ever met in my life. I consider her my big sister with how much support she has given me. Any issue that ever came my way that I was worried about i just had to give her one call and she would resolve it for me, I owe her so much. I need to also thank Seline with her amazing knowledge in the field, she always knew how to give me the peace of mind I needed and such a lovely person to just have a conversation with. When you go with himelfarb and prozanski you aren't just hiring a lawyer somebody told you about, you are taken into a family that will ensure nobody hurts you anymore then you have already gone through. David has become like family, he has worked hard for our family for the past 5 or 6 years. He has been able to accomplish more than we could have done ourselves.
