We signed and put our deposit in a week and a half before the date we wanted to move in they said that we would hear back in 3 days max. 4 days go by we call them they say we haven’t heard from head office, 3 days before our move in date they say I just watched the girl send you application into head office (which means for 8 days our application and deposit were just sitting there) we will let you know tomorrow by 10am the latest the next day still no answer so they say 100% we will hear back tomorrow (our move in date) my boyfriend called them 6 times and they still hadn’t heard anything from head office 45 minutes before they close they call and say we need a co-signer. After assuring us that our application was amazing and we should let our landlord know we our leaving our rental units. Well needless to say we took our deposit back and are now moving back home. Totally unprofessional, the management team is amazing super nice wasn’t annoyed when we called 6 times but head office we will be contacting your superiors because this was totally disgusting and unprofessional again.

Extremely unprofessional management company. Lost track of our rental information and demanded we re assure everything we had ever done before moving in. Imagine living where you do for months and being asked for proof of that by the company you signed with. As well as illegally low temperature on the regular or the bare minimum.

If you are considering renting a unit there, DON'T DO IT!!!!! All these comments are true! It's the worst place I've ever rented. The main problem is heating. Last winter was really bad and we were stuck at this cold apartment with a newborn baby. It was horrible. Our portable heaters were always working and sometimes we had to turn on oven to warm living room a little bit. We filed a complaint to the city of Hamilton and the inspector came and registered a temperature of 16 degrees (this is just insane). However, nothing was done. I still wonder how they got out of it. We just felt hopeless. There are many other issues ( bad management, water problems). I just wish I could warn everyone who is thinking about moving in here and tell them not to do it! And I hate looking how they keep bringing people ( especially with young kids) when they know how cold it is there!!!!!

I used to lived here, before I moved out, they promised to pay me a cheque for the key deposits and the wrong extra charge for my parking. They said the process will be 6-8 weeks but after almost half year they did not send me the cheque. Every time I call they refuse to pick up my call or gave excuse about technical issues. Definitely bad place to live. Awful service, insect everywhere, almost no heater.

With change in management, rent has just skyrocketed!! Don't be fooled by pictures. New suites renovated cheaply. Throwing new flooring down and installing new faucets does not hide the fact this building is 30 years old. Winter absolutely freezing, heat evaporates through windows and walls. Problem with tiny ants, no matter how hard you try to clean. With the new floors, you can hear every every footstep stomp from above. Walkways to underground are filthy, walls peeling, wet with mold. Laundry machines do not clean clothes. Illusion that you have an onsite gym does not make up for this aged apartment building. I feel sorry for those who are paying insane rent for the so called enovated units\. With each renovation, hot water pressure is getting worse. Enough is enough. Not WORTH the money they want. Beware.
