I was there over the weekend to pick up some Patio Stones. Cheaper than stores and the Gentlemen over there loaded all the patio stones on my truck. Amazing Customer Service. Highly recommend this place!

Picked up some gravol and patio stones. The price is a bit cheaper than Home Depot and adds up in the end. Its also so much easier to bring your truck in and they will load it all up for you unlike your big box stores. I'll keep them in mind for all future projects.

As a contractor, our company has purchased supply through Hamilton Builders' often. Today's experience was disappointing. We called in advance to ask about stock and pricing of blue face masks. We were told they had boxes of 50 and the price was 10/box. We asked for confirmation of the price; it was given. We asked that 4 boxes be held for us. He said if we came right away the supply would likely still be available. We did just that. However, a different sales associate served us. He relayed that the box cost was 100! The associate who told us that over the phone joined in the conversation and asked his work associate to clarify what the correct sku was for the product and mentioned that it did not show up in their system with a search of face masks. The associate on the phone clearly had given the wrong price and did not know that the product he was quoting was for plain white dust masks. The upsetting fact was there was no apology given. A marginal discount might have even made the sell even though we knew the same masks are currently 1/2 the price at Lawlor Safety (50/box) and 3/4 the price at Wurth Canada (75/box). If you are looking for good service and pricing, particularly for face masks your employees can wear, we highly recommend that you consider shopping elsewhere.

Great product. Staff are attentive and know their stuff. Great place to purchase bulk garden materials such as top soil, mulch, or stone. You can find railway ties here too.
