Ordered a toilet over the July long weekend Friday to Monday. Toilet was clean and well taken care of. Suddenly on the Sunday someone from five star shows up and takes the toilet away while we were not looking. Leaving us without a toilet for the rest of out event! I call them up and they say they thought we didn't need it anymore and that they couldn't bring the toilet back because it would be too dirty at this point. They would give me a 'discount' on my next order (yeah right!) but that doesn't eliminate the fact I have no toilet for the rest of my event! People make mistakes, that's fine, but when you make a mistake you need to fix it.They didn't, and for that I think they should change the company name from five star to one star toilet.
