Great course Very knowledgeable teacher and interacts with students and very helpful. Will definitely recommend Very happy However the women that works upstairs is very rude has no regards to the people attending the course rude to the trainer. I was going to use her service after the way she treated the teacher with disrespect. The women upstairs needs some teaching on manners and respect and not interrupt class for boots.
I have just completed my renewal of CPR/First Aid/AED with First Aid 4U in Hamilton. I had the pleasure of being with the same instructor Kalli. It was an amazing second time with Kalli and the First Aid 4U offers excellent knowledge in training. I'm good now for another few years, but will definitely be going back when I need to be certified again.
Very practical presentation of material. Presenter was able to use real life experiences to as teaching tools. Understood with COVID it is difficult to get a full experience but based on the circumstances I learned the material.
