I had a wonderful experience with F Bass recently. Needed a replacemeant pick guard for my old Hammertone. They were prompt, courteous and extremely friendly and sent me a custom replacement. When I lost a piece to my bridge in the process they sent a replacement to the lower 48 at no charge. Service above and beyond. They deserve your business!

My sister and I ordered a TecAmp bass head and cab through these guys, we live in Montreal and they had it shipped immediately. They were also super nice and quick to reply... Once shipped, we had seen the shipper had damaged the box and obviously the item. We had to send it back to Fbass to get a new one, and we had to file a report with the shipper, a big mess really. We weren't expecting either the shipper or Fbass to be of much help at this point, but these guys hooked us up with a new one and shipped it out to us even before the damage claim file was completed through the shipper. They are real nice and helpful and won't leave you hanging, highly recommended!
