This is probably the best nail salon I've been too in Hamilton! Super clean and beautiful inside. I had Lulu do my nails, and she is so kind, fun, funny, and made me feel like a friend! I not only got great nails, but I was constantly happy and felt every need was looked after! 10/10 would recommend!
Me and my sister have been going to Eden for 3 and half years. I have never been to a shop like it and I recommend them to everyone. In the last 3 years, I have never been disappointed. I have never had a nail pop off unexpectedly and they ALWAYS last between 3-4 weeks in between fills or new sets. I have broken the tip off my nail a couple times and they have always fixed it up for me right away. I personally always make an appointment but they accept walk-ins when available. I have never felt so comfortable in a nail salon and have had a better time just talking to my technician. I will never go anywhere else in Hamilton to get my claws done.
Absolutely amazing service! I came to this salon a couple years back and fainted when I was there, hitting my chin and needing stitches. I believe it was Sophie who helped me, but she brought me to the hospital and stayed with me for hours, giving me reassurance and nothing but generosity. The entire staff gave me the help I needed, whether it was water, food, or just going to the hospital, which I, at the moment, had no family to help me with. I have never met someone so genuine and caring, and for this, they deserve more than 5 stars!! The staff is incredibly kind and I cannot recommend this place enough for simply their inviting mannerisms, let alone their talent and skills in the field itself!! If you want to have a pleasant experience with nice and friendly people, then go here! You won’t regret it.
