Having done some renovations and kicked up a lot of dust in the past year I wanted to have the furnace and a/c serviced to be sure they were working well. They were very responsive to my email, and had a technician come on my schedule. The technician (Chris D) was on time, polite, courteous, wore a mask and booties to protect my house, and explained what he found. He was also able to save me some money off the cost of the visit. I have signed up for their annual service plan and would recommend to friends.

From initial contact through to the completed work the Dr. HVAC team were efficient, professional, courteous and friendly. Chris and Jo did an excellent job of installing our new water heater. The team was quick to assess what we needed and explained the entire process. They even returned our old water heater for us. Chris returned after the installation to make sure the water was at the temperature we requested. Thanks HVAC team!
