All of our products, from our lavender lemon cookies to our infamous brownie mix, are made at the highest level of quality control to gain the trust and loyalty of all customers with or without allergies. We are constantly pushing the boundary of what allergy free dessert should taste like. We take inspiration from molecular gastronomy, food science and traditional French baking methods – all of which rely heavily on ingredients with allergens. Using food as advocacy, we have transcended being just a bakery. We are a relatable ally in the battle against non-inclusive food gatherings, allowing people to take control of their life through one of life’s symbols of celebration: dessert. Although our products range significantly, the following remains true to all that we do: Quality Control: all products contain less than 5 ppm of the top 8 allergens. We follow strict protocols to ensure cross contamination is reduced. We source certified allergen free ingredients to ensure that these criteria are met.
