I am quite disappointed about our couch that we had purchased. My husband and I went in the store to pick out a couch, we ended up \customizing\ it and paid nearly 4,000. We were told the couch was Canadian made so that it will be sturdy and that the fabric was one of the best choices we can go with. Despite us having some issues with our basement and couldn't pick it up on time as was discussed, we were called over and over again for left over payment (which would've been when we were able to actually take it). Here we are the day of delivery, our walls are completely damaged because they couldn't get it down to our basement, the drawer came broken which we are still waiting for, the recliner does not work and the fabric is the most horrible fabric I could of ever went with but we listened to the sales lady who recommended everything. I cannot believe we spent close to 4,000 on a couch that we are not even happy with. Customize this customize that for it to only be nothing but disappointments. The fabric sticks to everythinggggggg. I am constantly cleaning it, and not to mention its starting to pull and we've only had it for a month. Still waiting to discuss this matter.

I get that it’s covid but dropping the deliver at the end of the driveway for my 13 and 16 year old daughters is decidedly poor service. Especially after the 10 week delivery time ballooned to 5 months. The driver literally said here is your chair when she opened the front door. and drove away. Won’t be back for the ottoman. I stand corrected. Over 4 months. Less than 5. Still longer that the 10 weeks we were told at purchase. Still sub par on the end of driveway delivery. Also kinda shady video footage of the guy hiding from the ring doorbell.

One of the worst experiences in furniture shopping! We purchased a couch from them which was delayed several weeks. We patiently waited and were very excited when we finally received our product. Despite being promised installation, it was just dropped off with no additional support. The legs that needed to be screwed on were damaged and the spots for them on the couch were not designed properly making them very loose and unstable. We contacted them for a resolution multiple times, and nobody responded to us. They were very responsive when it came to paying the remaining balance but we have not heard from them since regarding our issues with the couch. They are definitely a \take the money and run\ type of business. I would not recommend!

Horrible place. Furniture was damaged. My new painted walls are ruined by the delivery driver. The baseboard was damaged and an owner who thinks it’s okay to brush off his customer. Mickey - not a great way to do business especially during a time as this. Treat your customers with respect and hire better staff to do your deliveries. 4000 spent is no small joke. The customer is not always right but when someone shows your proof - it’s best to take a look at it and not brush them off. Please beware of this company. Horrible customer service that starts from the owner himself
