Thank you for the wonderful care and support system integrated for my family member during their great need for intervention and working through her needs in and out of hospital. Great referrals to other agencies for her as a support system. Above and beyond the call for help when needed..

Called and was answered by a guy named Peter, could have been outsourced to India from the sounds of it. To cut costs on a Crises line? Not very reassuring. Then I told him I am very depressed and distressed about a Very personal matter and all he did was give me a number to call, THE NEXT DAY, in order to start a counseling service. I'm In Crisis and all they can do is pass the buck to the next day and another service. Still feeling very bad and no one can help me tonight when I need help the most. All I can say is that they probably only care about making money and dont care if people are feeling like they can't handle there lives in the present moment and aren't equip to help people who have abuse or sexual issues and need help then and there. Your better off just not calling because they are of absolutely no help if your in Crisis.

May be hardworking people but doesn't mean they won't bring drama into everyone's problems I'm not saying don't use the service I'm saying this is not for everyone everyone's different everyone thinks and not everything will work out for every person that reaches out to this service not everyone's meant to get along but if you have a good experience with it and go ahead go with it

Helped me through withdrawal and many instance/occurrences of mental health related issues. Only complaint is that they need more funding to have staffing. You call and only one staff member has to handle a call volume that sometimes they cannot attend to. Hamilton just has a need for more services such as these. Without them I would not be alive. So really I would give them 5 stars if it was not for the limited time they can chat based on call volume and it is hard for them to probably end calls with someone who is not coherent. Immensely grateful for this service !
