I had used the services of CND Engineering a number of years ago while still living at a previous address. When my wife and I decided that we wanted to build a covered porch extending from our new home to create an outdoor living space, we knew that the best way to start our project was with a call to Andrew Zorko. Andrew presented us with a number of options that were unique to the layout of our property and ensured minimal disruption to our previously finished and landscaped backyard. Hoping to put my average building skills to some use, Andrew was able to recommend varied tasks that I could successfully tackle while overseeing aspects of our project that were more complex for a do-it-yourselfer such as myself. This flexible partnership paid huge dividends. Throughout the entire duration of our project, Andrew was always available for a phone call, a virtual meeting or an on-site inspection - the latter always maintaining social distancing and following pandemic protocols. In an era of Covid uncertainty, it was comforting to know that CND Engineering was working to ensure that our project continued as scheduled and safety guidelines were respected.
