My Nana Marjorie passed away this year. She spent the finals years of her life here at Willow Grove. Everytime we visited the home, we could see and feel the true compassion, patience and care that is being given to each of the residents. The nurse or PSW assigned to her floor was so amazing. I witnessed such good bedside manner both to my Nama and to us as the family. I watched how they attended to other residents as I walked the halls and a sense of relief was installed in me. I was always comfortable knowing she was in good hands. As my Nanas health declined they were always in contact and available to answer all our concerns. Due to the pandemic, visiting became impossible. This was to maintain the safety and health of everyone. However, they made an exception with a high amount of precaution to allow us to visit and say our goodbyes in the final days. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. You all deserve so much credit!

In light of this pandemic, I don't have any issues besides our Mom not getting what we have dropped off. I realize the onus is on is for not putting her name on,but, when we tell the desk person who they go to and we are told she will get them, it's frustrating

Willowgrove has a great team looking after its residents. I appreciate that they try to take feedback seriously, and I REALLY appreciate the constant/frequent education that its employees undergo. Methods and resources change every year, so it's key to keep staff in any place (but especially healthcare) updated on their education in order to best serve their residents. I feel like residents are really cared for here, given the kind and educated staff, and based off of the satisfaction of residents. Thanks, guys, for taking care of them (: Pleased to see you guys being strong on the training and education front.

Witnessed a nurse pushing the medical cart bang into a resident sleeping in his wheelchair hard enough to wake him yelling ow ow , completely ignored him and walked away, no apologies,no checking to see if he was ok. The same nurse I witnessed same day force feed a resident and restrain his arms and he began to choke, what the heck is going on in this place !!!!
