Beware of these buildings. They do a lift meaning spend like 5,000 to do a small renovation before you move-in. Then not letting you know there is a cockroach infestation, where as they travel up and down the building through the separation between the pipes. Copper and Stack piping. Into the underground and corridors. They only put powder to treat it. I recommend filing an application about maintenance with the Landlord and Tenant Board. Mitigate it as it is not right what they are doing to canadian(s).

living in here makes u feel depressed, the decoration looks like a lousy hotel, not worth the price, the view from balcony is good though
I went for a viewing several months ago (June 2019). They \forgot\ I had an appointment and they booked multiple viewings in the same time slot, but they still let me in for a viewing. After viewing the unit and requesting an online application, I never heard from them again. Now, I do check my spam filters fairly regularly, so I am confident that the online application stuff didn't simply \get lost in spam\. Given what I saw when I was there, I'm inclined to believe that the office just never bothered to process my request form in the first place. I ultimately ended up having to find another place to rent, which was perhaps for the best. Granted, the unit I saw when I was there looked fine, but I do not recommend dealing with this particular management company if you have other options.
My boyfriend lives there.I am there two nights a week or one's a week..And it is very clean and the front lobby looks great on all the h days like xmas time and so on.
