Hamilton store staff were courteous and helpful from initial visit through to after sale service. Colin especially helpful and professional. Blinds to Go corporate/factory not so much. I contacted them with concerns I had with the two sets of blinds we had purchased. Three weeks later not a word back. My order contained material defects. Missing hardware(3 track brackets per blind. Screws and anchors supplied for only 2). Wrong hardware(Wall brackets that hold track are too short. Therefore Valance hits wall before valance clips can attached securely/as intended) The installation instructions(as confirmed by the store) have outdated information, which delayed my install. Apparently Blinds to Go online chat Customer Service(who I contacted while the store was shut down between Christmas and New Years) were unaware of this outdated section of the instructions. They told me I'd need to return the tracks to the store to be sent back to the factory. Disappointing and Frustrating Experience

I ordered 7 blinds and had installer come to put them all up. I have to say that the Service from walking into the store to having the installer come has been one of the best places I have dealt with in many many years!!! The staff help and work together as each time I called it didn't matter who did my original order because another staff could deal with me asap and quickly. The installer was fabulous and professional. I had one blind not working and they dealt with the matter so quick and it was fixed in days from dropping it off. I am so pleased with the service and professionalism , I was treated excellent & will highly recommend Blindstogo and return again for sure ! THANK YOU ROBERTA
Ordered nine blinds for the whole house. Installer Adam came in, did the measurements, was very friendly and professional and then came back a few weeks later for the install. Did the whole house in about 30 minutes. All of this for a very reasonable price. This is my second time around with B2G and I’m sure I’ll be back for more. Highly recommended.
