Recently got some treats (cupcakes and whoopie pie) and it was all delicious, effective and safe system as well (text order in the morning, pick up at a table set out in the front). Can't wait to try other flavours.

Absolutely, without a doubt, our favourite dessert shop in Hamilton. I still remember, clear as day, the way my life changed the first time I popped inside and bought a half-dozen (or was it a dozen? That part I'm hazy on). From then on, Bitten has been my go-to when a friend from out of town is coming through or I've just got a craving for something super sweet. The whoopie pies are my #1, particularly the chocolate one with marshmallow filling. Erica the rest of the staff at Bitten are always SO friendly and recognize their repeat customers (guilty!) with a smile and how've you been. Can't say enough about how phenomenal this shop is from their food right through to their customer service. Will be coming back again and again for years to come!

One of the best stops on Locke St. Love their various cupcakes and tart, it's just too bad I'm a diabetic or I would go more often.
Tried a butter tart from Bitten and it was... Quite simply put... the butter tart of my dreams.
