I went in to get help registering my new phone so I understood they could not help me because of the Virus going around so I asked to buy a Otterbox Defender and was told they only make symmetry so I bought one and a protective cover said thanks left got home and look at the bill there were no itemized charges just 129 dollar charge for my purchases . It seemed a bit much and I talked to the operator helping me register the phone and she thought it didn't sound right and that I should take it back for clarification but I couldn't I had to work and needed to protect the phone I was not able to take it back. I thought and felt like I was ripped off
Bunch of thieves, don't tell you what is the contract containing, and once you leave them they charge you way extra.
Went here both Saturday and Sunday. Didn’t catch the names of anyone working, but on both days both men acted as if that was the last place on earth they wanted to be. Very unfriendly. Asked to see a model of a phone and he acted like I was asking him the worlds biggest favour. They had what I was looking for, where no other Bell store did, but if you’re looking for friendly or courteous service this isn’t the place to get it.
