I really enjoyed my training with James I would recommend anyone who wants to be a security guard to come to this facility

The supervisor was never onsite when needed, most of the guards take their jobs as a joke and this includes the supervisor. The guards are rude and have no idea how to handle people without using phsyical contact causing harm. Is it only your supervisor who is working without a license in security or do you have most of your guards working that way?
