Was shopping there Saturday evening and the young lady working was very attentive and knowledgeable about the product. They wrapped the bag purchased as the weather was a rain and snow mix, went above and beyond. Great to see such amazing customer service where it certainly is not the same in other retailers within the same Outlet collection.

Prepare to spend a lot of time trying to first get into the parking area, and then locating a spot. Running a quick errand (like a return or an exchange) is impossible here. Lineups in the washrooms - wow. Those who enjoy shopping sprees are likely to thrive there, though.

Excellent offers and outstanding customer service.. absolutely stunned by their staffs attitude in explaining more and more about whatever we looked at in the store. There were only 2 staff there but they were effectively handling more customers at the same with ease. The lady (Sri Lankan origin, forgot her name) was like finding her pleasure in clarifying our doubts and explaining more when we were kind of in an undecided state. Very pleased by both the staff's attitude. Such customer friendly staff are the real assets of this store.
