Had the tan hat on the right made at this location, turned out very nice and the staff were helpful. It's expensive to get a logo digitized and hats custom made but worth it

Received 0 assistance throughout my visit to the store (flag 1). Got a couple of hats customized, and was told they should be ready by the EOD or the next day... never received a phone call. Called to ask about the hats from two days prior. Was told by whomever answered the phone that they were done the next morning. He asked what the hats were, didn’t ask my name or information that would help him find them. He told me they tried calling me, I asked him if he could check the number they had for me (flag 2). He seemed very uninterested in looking for the information, stating “I’d have to look through the books and what not which would take time” (flag 3). If I didn’t already pay for these hats, I wouldn’t even pick them up, I’m happy I didn’t sign up for their CRM program, because your associates suck. Update: one of the hats was customized incorrectly: wrong colour!! Which I now see after gifting it to someone. Will call customer service to figure out how to fix this...
Terrible customer service. Employees need to learn the basics of what it means to work in retail.
Good place to find some hats
Got there at 6:50, 10 mins left before closing. They guy working did not want to let me in. Horrible customer experience.
