I spoke to Carrie on Monday morning and placed a 600 paint order. I was originally told the order would be ready in an hour. Later I received a phone call that the ceiling paint had to be ordered and would be in the following day. I was told I would get a phone call when my order was ready to be picked up. That evening all non essential businesses were ordered to close by midnight Tuesday. So at 7:30am Tuesday I tried to call the store to make sure my order would be ready. No one answered the phone and mailbox was too full to leave a message. I tried to call every 10 minutes for 6 hours. Finally at 2:19 Carrie called me to tell me they would prepare my order if I still wanted it but needed to know ASAP as they were closing at 3. Well once again, every 10 minutes, no one answered the phone. I understand the world is a crazy place right now but the way this was handled is absolutely unacceptable. They have now lost my business and I will make sure everyone I know learns about my experience. Poor, poor customer service
