I have used Hall Electrical for multiple jobs since moving into an older home about 18 months ago. Matt has been extremely responsive and professional, providing personal service and coming to my house for quotes and during the bigger jobs to make sure everything was running smoothly. Ricky, one of their electricians, has been fantastic and has completed all jobs, small and large, professionally and courteously. I would highly recommend Hall Electrical for all electrical needs.

Hall Electrical provided me with a quote over email to provide electrical wiring to our new hot tub. The admin was responsive and polite, and the crew who arrived to do the job was also efficient and super nice. There was a problem with power to the pool, and Eddie came back on site to troubleshoot. The problem was with the pool, not the electrical, but Eddie spent time to figure out the issue and then texted me to follow up later to ensure the issue was resolved by the pool people. Super rare to see such amazing customer service in the trades in Vancouver, so I'll be spreading the word that these guys are great.
Matt helped me with installing a chandelier. I can honestly say he was the most helpful, professional, and warm person I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Having to call an electrician for a small job struck me with fear (cost, stress, not knowing electrical, etc.). I am 100% confident in the work and I truly appreciated the honest support. This is the electrician to call.
Business must be great to never answer the phone. Emailed and got a response back 2 weeks later. Not worth your time if you need someone professional.
