If I could give this review 0 stars I would. The customer service is absolutely atrocious!! The woman who takes the passport photos and works at the front is the rudest person I have ever met in my life. I went in to inquire about printing a passport photo that I already had and her response to my questions was very dismissive, filled with attitude and she displayed a very poor demeanor for absolutely no reason. Because of this experience, I went to another photo studio instead to get my prints done. If you want to have a successful business, she should NOT be the one at the front interacting with customers!!! If she is your only option and no one else can do the job, then I suggest you provide her with some coaching and customer service training. I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!! Be professional next time!

Wow: these reviews are horrifying!! My 3 experiences with this establishment over the years, however, have been QUITE pleasant. They have all kinds of equipment, and the prices are hard to beat!!! I think that one generally gets out of life what one puts into it - and the attitude of most of the people you meet, will depend significantly upon the attitude you treat and regard THEM with: if you treat everyone with basic levels of respect, are cheerful, not combatitive (sp, lol) and smile at them, 9 out of 10 of the times you will be rewarded in kind. If you take the attitude that ANY amount of respect must be earned, and that everyone you do business with is mainly there to serve YOU, instead of just doing their job, which happens to include serving you, make demands instead or requests.... well, you're not going to get a stellar reception by everyone, to say the least.

The staff is very unprofesional hot headed rude person.I made a mistake making my order but that does'nt meaning she should act like that towards me. She should handle the situation profesionally rather than raising her voice ranting at me.She is working in a customer interaction envirorment amf should have proper training for that to hanlde situations and issues regarding the work. The mosr rudest person i have ever met acting like she owns tue place.She should not work there if she can not handle people coming in.
