I had my appointmnet for Fillers and Botox and was blown away by how thorough the Nurse Injector was. We discussed the areas I was hoping to fix and she explained how in great depth we would achieve it. I was emailed an in-depth what to do afterwards. It has only been a week but I love the results so far. I don't know why I waited so long to seek out this treatment. Definitely the place to go if you are looking for great customer service and knowing you are in capable hands of a real surgical practice.

Went for a consultation for filler, and they just made me feel uncomfortable for wanting it done and basically told me it wouldn’t make a difference, and that i shouldn’t compare to what i see online. Seemed extremely unprofessional for something i’ve been wanting to change for so long. Waste of time go somewheres else. She seemed to think i didn’t even need to see the doctor for his opinion.

Staff was amazing. From my first call to the end the whole experience was great. Kelly prepped me and let me know what to expect as I was nervous about Botox and Fillers but I went in met Amanda and was blown away. I love the results. I look rested not overdone. I will be going back.

Had a great experience with The Landings Surgical Center. Dr Boileau was very friendly and thorough during my consult which helped put my mind at ease! When it came time for my surgery all the staff were wonderful, making me feel at ease and comfortable through the whole process! Dr. Boileau, Dr. Lancelot and my (absolutely amazing) nurse Christina were all great!

Always a professional friendly experience here with everyone from reception to surgeon! Dr Boileau is so knowledgeable and comforting, I felt very confident and he provided me many options to meet my budget. He’s a great surgeon and I recommend him often to others. As for the consultation fee, its standard across Canada to charge, and 100 is pretty reasonable considering some places in Alberta charge 150 or even 200. If you’re serious about your surgery you’d be happy to pay the consult fee. Thank you to everyone who made my procedure so easy, in the OR and through recovery!

Dr. Bendor Samuels and his staff (especially Kelly!) took great care of me after I had lip filler poorly injected by another clinic. It was quite the process and I’m so thankful for everything they did for me last minute. They really went out of their way!

Had a birthmark removed a few years ago by Louis Boileau. Cost me over 2000 and the scar I was left with was larger than the original birthmark (had it removed for cosmetic reasons not cancerous). After the birthmark was removed he did not suture the area correctly, causing the area to heal by second intention. When I had consultations I was assured that the scar would be a thin line - not at all what it turned out like (wouldn’t have gone through with this had I known). When I returned for a “follow up” he said it “looked fine” & that I should schedule a “revision surgery” - which I never did, I was already out 2000 and had an absolutely terrible experience. Would highly highly not recommend going here for any type of treatments.

Messaged, explained that I am a student, inquiring about a consult and was told it would be 115 just for a consult. Every other spa/surgical centre I contacted about the same procedure was a free consultation. Would understand charging for a no-show but that is just poor customer service. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Mentioned a procedure much more expensive than my original inquiry as well.
