Before you buy a new vehicle, request to see all the internal service bulletins from the dealership: Internal Bulletin issued on vehicle by Subaru Canada clearly identifying the potential issue prior to new vehicle purchase , but due to the fact it was not transport Canada safety issue, this was not make public nor did Subaru Canada advise the customer in writing.. It realized the issue had been brewing shortly after approx. two months outside of the three year warranty. Thanks Subaru for following the fine print right to the T and not going good for the repair. I will not be a repeat customer as Subaru Canaba knew that the issue was there when I purchased the brand new vehicle - otherwise the internal bulletin would have never been generated. To all those Subaru owners, good luck as you may incur the same issue as identified in time to come.

When it comes to automotive maintenance and repairs I have little to none experience or confidence in my abilities beyond the basics. That's why I completely trust and depend on Steele Subaru. Since 2015, I have been bringing my Forester in for regular maintenance, and each time the service that I have received has been consistently fantastic! Never do they try to upsell or push products/services that I don't need. Their service fees are competitive and I trust their expert opinions and advice. The staff at Steele Subaru are always pleasant, and their response to the Covid-19 pandemic gives me comfort in knowing that they care. Two thumbs up... less the one required to take the picture. Thank you!
Friendly staff and good service. I have always been happy with the work Subaru has done on my vehicles. I have never felt like I was having work done that was not necessary. The staff have always been great to deal with.
As always, the service department was great. I had quite a bit done so it wasn't inexpensive, but it wasn't out of line and the cost was clearly detailed before the work was done. The process, from scheduling to finish was efficient, friendly, well explained and clear.
I want to thank Bruce....aka.....Subaru Boy and Jeff along with the entire team on another car buying experience. This is our fourth Outback and each and every time the team at Subaru has treated us great. And our new Outback XT is amazing they keep on getting better!
As always, great customer service at the service counter and having the best technician in Metro in Shawn Cotter work on your vehicle.
