We just got our new Frame TV through Peak Audio. We had such a great experience. The TV is amazing. But it is the customer service experience is what will ALWAYS sell me. Peak Audio is locally owned and operated for three generations. I would highly recommend shopping with them for all of your home or commercial audio /video needs! The staff are experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. The installation of our TV was seamless - they definitely know their stuff. One of the installers, said they are very particular and they do each job as if it were in their own home. For me, that statement goes a long way - I knew I was in excellent hands. Very helpful staff and great to actually hear the audio system before purchase. You can actually request the exact song you want to hear and compare the quality of different monitors/ amplifiers etc. It all helps you to make the right choice. You won't get that service at a big chain store.
Dealing with Chris and Mike is a pleasure. In the past year I've upgraded to my etirement system\ and without the counsel of Chris and Mike,I'm not sure I'd have done as well. They helped me get a superb home listening experience at reasonable cost and counselled me on what I needed to know. Highly recommended for the budding audiophile or the accomplished one.
