Wasn't sure I wanted to post this as I am a loyal Toyota owner. But today during a service appointment I would have been charged extra for something that was included in the 50 point inspection. Because of my last service, I checked my window washer fluid, it was not topped up, at further inspection I found my cabin filter full of leaves and debris, the service manager provided compensation for the issues.I would just like the work to be done as per service agreement.Note I will not lower the 4 star rating, as this review maybe enough for O'Regan's to do the correction required in there service department.

My 06 Lexus RX 330 was just serviced for the 30th time. I dealt with Tara. The service specialists Tara and Chris are truly amazing. I didn’t book a loaner due to Covid, however Tara had one for me. I will definitely replace my 06 at O’Regan’s as the service is always a 10/10.

Tried to book a test drive to see a vehicle and Hannah the saleswoman who I spoke with did not return my emails or calls. Would have appreciated just a short email saying she sold the car and we could browse my other options.
Recently bought a new GS350 from Carlos at O'Regan's Lexus. Very impressed with how easily Carlos was able to find what I wanted in another province and without hesitation secured the vehicle and had it shipped to this location. Just would like to say thanks Carlos and Steve for a job well done. Love the GS350 thanks again.
We took a 2010 rx350 because the passenger side heater was not working and that was because a little piece of plastic was broken, and they said that we have to change the whole heating system for 4000!!!! they could have glued the piece of plastic back on!
