Did the citadel scenario and it was a good level of challenge and fun. One part was a little contradictory to the initial rules given but overall the experience was fantastic. It's a great idea for a date too. Staff was friendly and helpful and felt like they enjoyed what they do there. Will go back for other scenarios for sure in the future

We found the Citadel Hill room frustrating. It relied heavily on using math rather than solving puzzles. We tried it as a couple and became so annoyed by it that we left 10 minutes before our time was up, knowing we were so far from finishing it. We'll give Captured Escape Rooms another try when we have a couple friends to join in, but certainly won't go again as a duo.

A group of coworkers and I went to Captured and had an absolute blast. You can tell that the employees enjoy what they do and are passionate about room building and submersing you into the theme. One lock didn’t work, but mechanical stuff happens, it’s no ones fault! It didn’t deter from the experience even when an employee had to come to fix a lock because they were friendly and we all made jokes about it. Overall a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back to try the other rooms!

Good escape games, have done the elevator and prohibition. I do feel like some of the puzzles are a little hap hazard and could flow into the story lines a little better. Also, some of the puzzles don't work and you have to call for help, and in certain rooms you won't have a Walkie to contact help, you have to stand there waving your arms In the air and then the clue you get is for a puzzle you've already solved... Definitely could be improved.

This was the first time our family had gone to an escape room and it won’t be the last! The puzzles and clues were challenging and everyone had a great time trying to escape before the hour was up. The booking process was easy and online and the staff were helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to go back

I love this place. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The waiting area is always clean. The rooms are expertly crafted and a lot of fun to do. I can't wait to go back to complete some more.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of fun! Puzzles were challenging but not too difficult. Went in a group of four and we all had a fantastic time. So much detail to the room.
