A great place for a mom to go with her teens! My kids cooked supper for me! The food was amazing and it was a real hand on family way to eat a meal together. Loved it!

This is hands-down my favorite place to eat in Halifax (*so much so that I managed to get a job here as a waitress and I help with the restaurant's Instagram feed by taking food pictures and writing posts. I've never once regretted working at my favorite restaurant). The food here sold me the first time I came in as a customer. You're almost never needing to wait long for your meal to start arriving, and they have a large variety of food options. They are very accommodating to serving customers with food allergies or restrictions, so be sure to mention any special needs or requests and they will help suggest options or alternatives. I highly recommend their rice dishes, teriyaki dishes, or anything with their bulgogi (thin cuts of marinated beef). They are well know for their Korean BBQ, which is incredible. You honestly can't go wrong with their BBQ. As their portions are quite large, don't be afraid to order for one less person than there is (e.g. order a 3-person BBQ for 4 people). If you're going with a group, I would personally recommend getting some BBQ and a couple of other dishes to share, as it allows you to try multiple dishes. The prices are incredibly affordable, especially as most dishes come with rice and/or miso soup and refillable side dishes. You can get a good lunch menu meal for 10-15, and even many of the BBQ options come to about 25/person (and trust me, it's a lot of food). In short, it's my favorite place to eat, period. If you haven't been there yet, you need to go at least once!

Lovely ambience, wonderful staff, delicious meals!! ️ Will 100% go back again! We made reservations for 16 people and the manager was so patient and kind and our waitress was so patient in taking our orders and explaining the meals :) we had a lovely time! Thank you ️️
It was the first time I ate Korean food, and I've never tasted food so good. I wish I visited this restaurant earlier, and I plan to visit again soon. Not only was the food amazing, but the staff were so nice and welcoming. Overall, I loved it and I highly recommend it.
Overall this place is great. Service was very rapid and courteous. We ordered several dishes, the fried chicken with rice cake, kimchi stew, and agadashi tofu. The fried chicken and rice cakes were epic, the chicken was crispy and the sauce was very well done. It is a sweet tangy sauce. The rice cakes had a good crunch before the chew. The kimchi stew was well received by my significant other. The agadashi tofu was great as well, crispy and well sauced as well. Sides are included and all of them were good. Parking is street parking which is the norm for the area. Overall highly recommend if you are looking for korean food.

I'm Korean and we moved from Toronto to HRM a few months ago. As you can imagine, Toronto has amazing Korean food. I'm so glad to have found Busan, because the Korean food here is 100% legit and awesome! Highly recommended!
