Oil change
Called to get my Lincoln MKX serviced, just under the 80,000km. warranty. Had heard a noise on the back passenger side, needed rear seat cup holder repaired, & an oil change. Got me in the very next day, & called to let me know they needed a couple of parts so left it with them for another day. The maintenance guy Mike was great. They replaced the rear shocks, & cup holder in back along with the oil change, & it was done by lunch. Super happy with the service & the car was washed when I picked it up. No charge as just 300km under the warranty time, but they could have neglected to check the rear noise until the warranty was up & charged us in a week or 2 for the service. Have had work done at other dealerships in the past that were simply unethical & didn't care about the customer, just wanted to empty your pocket book. I will defintely check them out for next vehicles & have servicing done there.

I brought my 2018 F150 in for a Lease end safety check, the truck had 26K and is in mint condition, The tech 455 said the truck needed rear brakes? 2mm measurement? I said, REALLY? 26K and needs brakes and the rear to boot! For those that don't understand, trust me, it was a BS call!!! I said to the advisor that I'm going to check it myself and did, the lowest measure was 3mm inboard, again for those that don't understand 1.6 would and should have been a pass! And to add insult to injury they charged an additional 35.00 for a tire rotation, the wheels were off for the safety check! UNBELIEVEABLE! No Stars for Wayne Pitman Ford.
This was our first time dealing with Wayne Pitman Ford and it was a very amazing experience. Issues we had were promptly addressed and taken care of by Tony, Carl and Terry. There is a Ford dealer much closer to where we live but I will gladly make the trip to Guelph for service when needed. In my opinion Wayne Pitman Ford is #1 in the area.(and probably beyond)
