I love this store. I always find something when I make the trip from Georgetown., and now their website allows me to shop more regularly from home. Great staff- incredibly friendly, and with only 5 customers allowed in store at a time, it's a safe, comfortable place to shop.

Extremely disappointed with a recent online purchase. Website states, \All online purchases including Instagram purchases can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. They must be received within 10 days of the sale.\ After picking up my item via curbside pickup (which was suggested by them) realized the xs ordered was actually more like an xxs. I was upset when I got home that it didn't fit and went back to the store the following week and tried to exchange it for something else. I was in a rush and couldn't find anything. I asked the staff if I was able to get a store credit. I was advised they were not able to offer me a store credit ...I could only exchange it. Never recieved an explanation why they wouldn't honour what their website states concerning a store credit. Hopefully no one else falls into this trap as well!
