my daughter and I came in a few days ago to discuss new phone options, and James was patient and knowledgeable. We needed a couple of days to think about it, came back and James set us up very quickly with what we wanted. He was friendly, patient, and helpful. Great experience!

Had a good experience buying my phone two weeks ago here; however since purchasing, my phone is having issues with FaceTime and other connection issues. I was talked down to and told to do a factory and hard reset (I had already done three factory resets over this two week period and nothing has changed). I was hoping for some assistance but was just told what Google could have told me... So here I am with a brand new iPhone 11 purchased from here that doesn't fully work unfortunately. And since this was my second visit to the store hoping for some assistance but once again being told the same thing, I'm going to be past the date when I could return a NOT WORKING iPhone back to the rogers store for one that should work properly. Not to mention, I've done two factory resets and two hard resets since leaving the store this afternoon and the FaceTime is still failing to work properly. Not overly pleased to say the least.

What a disaster of a store. They are the only store in the entire Mall that only allows 2 people inside so you end up waiting for 30 minutes only to encounter entitled staff that think they are doing you a favor by talking to you. I will never go back!

I came to the store, and I wasn’t entirely sure about what I needed to do to have my problem solved. I explained the situation to an associate named Jan. He treated us in a very condescending way, and was quite rude. Instead of helping us as confused customers, he made us feel like we were stupid for not knowing everything he knew, and treated us like children when we are adults. If you come here, I do not recommend getting Jan to help you.
