Mitch is amazing! He managed to get my old piano tuned as well as fixing the broken keys. He explained the history and even researched the serial number discovering that it was built in the late 1800's! He is incredibly knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. Fantastic service! Oxford was super friendly and did an amazing job tuning, doing a pitch raise and lubricating my piano. Didn't think it could sound thing great. Will be happy to get my piano tuned more often in the future.
Mitch was very good! Resurfaced my keys and regulated the action leading to a much higher quality sound. Very friendly and willing to respond to questions and queries with detailed answers which help understand exactly which services are offered .
