Anyone can have a great idea but few make it happen. Thank you Jason and Andrea for taking a great idea and making it happen! The Live and Learn Program is an exceptional program designed to facilitate growth and independence and life skills to succeed. The opportunities provided to be part of the Guelph Community and give back is wonderful to see. Always amazed at all the social activities that are planned. Live & Learn is an amazing place for people with disabilities. Once school has finished, a lot of these kids have no place to go. It is absolutely wonderful that Jason and Andrea have introduced this program for young adults. It gives them a place to go that is welcoming and accepting. It teaches them the skills they need to help make their life easier, so they can enjoy the things that they want to do, and they can have some independence from their family, so they can make good friends. This program covers everything that is necessary to help these kids fit it with society and be accepted for who they are, and what they are capable of. Thank you Jason & Andrea for this loving environment.
To be fair, we felt it proper to confirm that we are Andrea’s parents. Yes, Andrea and Jay are special, hardworking and caring individuals. They truly compliment each other. You must understand that helping the Special Needs community is not only what they do, it is who they are. This is their true strength. Their commitment to helping is absolute
I can't say enough wonderful things about the Live and Learn centre. Jason and Andrea are truly amazing people who have created an innovative and powerful program to help their participants with independence and bridging into a new chapter in their lives. The level of support and guidance is exquisite and is unmatched with other community organizations. Kudos and thank you on behalf of our community as a whole for all of the support you provide.
I join the cooking class here for my first time I have a disablity the staff and volunteers are alsome and friendly I strogly recommend this place to anyone who want to do there goals and make friends sept 2019
