Jon Mills is a terrific trainer. I sought out his expertise and experience related to hard-style kettlebell training. I was looking for a trainer to help me prepare for the SFG (StrongFirst) Level 1 certification and he did not disappoint. He was able to adjust my form quickly and effectively to maximize power transfer and strength in the traditional kettlebell movement patterns. The more I train with him the more complex he’s made the movements which has been fantastic in keeping me engaged in the training and his programs. The facility is fantastic during Covid and the spacing and separation have been essential in feeing secure during this pandemic. I would strongly recommend Jon to anyone, but especially those truly interested in hard-style KB work. He’s an expert. I look forward to continuing my work with him.

I started going to JM Fitness back in May, the team there are so wonderful friendly and very motivating. I had a personal training session with Jana, and It was the best experience. I learned a huge amount about food, exercise and just overall balance. If you’re wanting to learn a few things that can make a huge impact on your life than I would more than 100% recommend JM Fitness Junction!

I’m a former athlete that had fallen out of shape and wanted to sharpen up on technique and programming. I worked with Jon twice weekly for three months. He was prepared for every training session, he thoughtfully planned each workout, and kept me focused on properly executing each movement. He’s a great instructor and was very knowledgeable about the training aspect of fitness as well as incidental things like diet and sleep. Depending on what you want to get out of your training, he will monitor your daily diet and offer suggestions and flag any potential issues that may impede your goals (e.g., weight loss, building muscle, etc). The one-on-one sessions were also very motivating at times I wanted to do anything but train. I’d recommend Jon to anyone who wants to upgrade their training regiment or needs some guidance in working toward their fitness goal.

It took a lot for me to go and try this new experience out and I am so happy I did this. When I first met Madison, we instantly connected - not only is she amazing at what she does, but she makes you feel comfortable and at ease. We take our training sessions seriously, but we also get to know each other and have a couple of laughs as well. Madison has given me so much knowledge when it comes to food, exercise and health and I’ve been taking it all in as I go. I am so grateful for the changes I see in myself; physically, emotionally and mentally and I will continue to grow and it’s because of Madison.
