In our opinion veterinarians should be government regulated. CVO seems prejudicial against the public & shows favor/bias towards vets. We felt we didn't get due process for us it was not fair or impartial. CVO never spoke with the victim's family or witnesses? We felt re-victimized. We think there should be an ombudsman to help protect the public also fair impartial independent members of the public should also be involved in reviewing every complaint filed against a veterinarian finally a whistle blower mechanism should be made available to the public and staff to safely report.

Always always report a bad Veterinarian. You are your Animals Voice. There Can Be No Accountability Without You.. Vets Medical Records for my Pet were almost non existent . No Crucial Details. He with held care and charged me for unconsented to test. Apparently CVO is ok with that. Complaint was filed. The CVO will try and protect their own with proven Lies they choose to Ignore. Always Appeal. Slap on the Wrists doesn't cut it for bad vets . It stays under tabs that the public is not even aware of til they get more complaints. Rose Robinson is a joke. She doesn't care.Go past the CVO panel as they only protect bad vets and they are well aware . Your Voice for Your Beloved Pet Lives on only if You Speak Up. Bad reviews are Not Enough. Be the Change. Hold Bad Veterinarian s Accountable. Only then can changes for our precious pets be made.

As this is the only regulating body for veterinarians in Ontario, I am wondering WHO do I submit a complaint against the CVO to? The veterinarian I have a complaint against, Michael Mogavero, has held a position on this very disciplinary board! So are all the complaints against him just going in the garbage? He must know the ins and outs of your appeals process. I do not have any confidence whatsoever in the CVO.

Cannot get a hold of anyone at the college to report a vet that treated my service dog very poorly and took advantage of me especially being a vulnerable individual. Very poor communication with the college and don’t return any of my messages.

We had a dispute for a vet at keele and wilson which was 'so called 'handled by Rose Robinson. She failed to recognize that our beloved dog was not diagnosed properly.had it been for a Urine test our dog would have not died.it was Undiagnosed Diabetes which led us to the Emergency hospital (in an Ice storm 2013 which led to her death) . It very certainly seems to be the college DEFENDS their members -the vets which is why animals do not Have Rights. Extremely unright and unjustified
