My 7 year old and I were on the hunt for a Christmas gift for her 5 year old sister who had asked for a purse. Stopping in at Bentley was nothing more than a hail mary as we had been searching high and low and could not find anything that she would like. She wanted a real \mom purse\ but naturally everything that would do was just too big. Initially we did not find anything but in talking to the lady (I am so sorry, I did not get her name) she went above and beyond to help us out. She listened intently and after a few moments of getting to understand what we were looking for, she went and pulled a box from the back that was filled with purses from spring time. In that box of purses we found the perfect one!! Customer service at it's absolute finest. She could have just said, sorry it doesn't look like we have what you are looking for and sent us on our way. Thank you so much, you will truly have no idea what this meant to us!!

Poor customer service and they don’t even have a carry bag to give to put the stuffs I brought. They gave me a white garbage bag and told me they have that kind of bags. Then the lady in the shop told me they are not charging for the bags, even though I am ready to pay.

Never buy a hard-sided Tracker suitcase from Bentley's. I bought one thinking it might actually be made for travelling and the case developed a huge crack within the first week of use. It fell off a small luggage trolley on the way from the hotel to the bus. Aren't these things suppose to be able to handle a bit of abuse? The store refused to consider that there might have been a manufacturing problem. It was a waste of money and perhaps only meant for storing clothes in a closet.

I spend 40 gearing up for an overseas trip at Bentley in the Stone Road Mall. Then the person at the till said this was a final sale and could not be returned even if it was defective. Yet another reason why brick-and-mortar stores in a mall are failing.

I have to give 1 because i can't give a 0. This place has the worst customer service i have ever witnessed. I have been in customer service for 20 years and if i ever treated a customer the way i was treated, i would expect to be fired. Don' t shop the Guelph location. Give your money to an establishment that appreciates you.
