About as good of an experience you could have when having a broken vehicle towed. The driver was professional, quick and especially friendly with my little guy. I would recommend.

Thank you to Becker Towing for their towing service tonight. SUV broke down on the side of HWY 6. Called them and they had someone on site within the hour. Cost was great value 100 to get back to Cambridge from Flamborough/Puslinch area. Customer service rep was professional and very efficient in getting all my details to get a driver out to us. The driver was also great and very professional, highly recommend Brigitte Marshall
Was quoted a price twice as I shopped around. A higher amount showed up on my credit card. When I called to be refunded I got talked down to but did get the refund which is why they get 2 stars not 1. Not recommended for honesty, transparency and customer service.
Dealt with these folks twice in the past couple weeks and had excellent experiences both times. Professional dispatch and friendly drivers, would recommend.
Driver was very helpful and even tried fixing my car first before towing it to the mechanic
