I was searching for a Naturopath doctor on line and within several found Dr. Bastos caught my eye after reading all the details in her web page. The web page is very well elaborated and documented. I booked her right away. To my surprise through our consultations, tests and treatments her work was not only matching what the web page says but also exceeds expectations. In Dr. Bastos you can find a dedicated, knowledgeable, kind, professional and caring Doctor. To have the possibility of being checked and carefully followed for the roots of your health issues is truly a blessing. To find that the Natural treatments work amazingly while you care better for you overall health must become anyone's main goal. I have been looking into many aspects of my health with her and treating all as a whole, because our body functions as a whole and every little signal speaks for it. I have entrusted her all my Health care and it has been a great decision. To know it you must just try it.

Dr. Bastos and her team are amazing. The minute you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile. All CoVid protocols are in place so it is a very safe environment. Dr. Bastos really cares for her patients and her knowledge and experience is apparent in her treatments . She has been treating me for hip and lower back issues with acupuncture for the past 7 years and these treatments have completely changed my life. I am able to walk again without any pain. I have also done a food tolerance test and it is amazing what I have learned about my diet and how one food can affect my body so much. Thank you Dr. B, you are my Zen.
We came to Dr Bastos for help with our son's severe eczema. We were able to take the food intolerance test for mother and son with two appointments each. After we followed Dr Bastos' food recommendations for a month his eczema completely disappeared. We try to follow the guidelines to ensure it does not return...that's the hard part, when there is much tempting food that needs to be avoided in our case. We're thankful to Dr Bastos for her tremendous help with our son and highly recommend her to others.
Dr Bastos was highly recommended to treat for my son's eczema. We went for our initial consultation on a Monday and had results by Friday. Follow up questions are just as easily answered. So grateful for all your help!
Dr. Elisabeth Bastos is a warrior for your health! Since my son was born I have been bringing him to her, as well as myself and you will not find another practitioner more invested in YOU. She listens, is understanding, kind and supportive -- most importantly she's very educated, and continues to educate on all things health and the body. I dont think I can even begin to describe how grateful I am for getting my life back. I came in to see Dr Bastos in desperation, overwhelmed with my symptoms and trying to find a way to cope. Dr Bastos suggested acupuncture & homeopathic remedies. The acupuncture worked miracles, and the remedies continue to improve my health! I have just finished probably one of the smoothest 4 weeks of my life. No anxiety, no irritability, no feeling down!
