I visited this unique store for the first time recently and purchased some high quality camping gear that I was surprised to find in Stone Road Mall. Although most items in this store seem to be more expensive than I would expect, my overall experience was positive. The staff members working were polite, professional and willing to help.

Neat and orderly. Great merchandise. Pleasant staff. Prices through the roof. Annoyingly long wait at checkout. Free parking. Floor space shared with (i.e. flows through to) Sport Check.

I've visited this location three times in the last month, each time hoping there would be some improvement. No customer service whatsoever. I knew what I wanted, I got it, I paid, and I left. The cashier on my most recent visit was very polite and friendly, but the rest of the staff has no interest in greeting or serving customers. It's clear they don't work on commission or care about sales. Small wonder online sales are booming.

The store is lovely, but the layout is poor. Went looking for a winter coat, couldn't even find ladies coats for the cold. Maybe I was a bit early in the season. The staff here makes me feel unwelcome, but I like the store brand as a whole.
