This was the first time we’ve had shirts printed and Graeme made the whole process extremely easy from quoting and design layout to final pickup. Within our first order 2 followed quickly after and will definitely be back when we need other items printed!

I went months of no answer about my order. I understand there was a high order number of 200. I understand these things take time. My 1 star review is due to many unanswered emails, messages about my one shirt. I would have been ok if I was sent updates but I was ignored. Instead of owning up and sending updates, my order was just cancelled and refunded with no explanation. I did not ask for a refund, I was just asking for my shirt or an update to say the least. Now I don’t get a shirt that my friend created to help local businesses. Sure the 10 was still donated but to get refunded and cancelled with no ownership or even an apology says a lot about how someone runs a business. There are other places that can print shirts. EDIT - this review is about how business is handled. I ordered this in April, I understand it takes time. It is december and no answer. When I inquired about it for the 7th time in the last month, he said he would look into it and never followed through. He cancelled the order without an explanation. The review is not about quality about the work, I will never know since he cancelled my order without any information. The review is about how the business is handled. Suggestions to run better - put an automatic reply on your email to inform people if they are inquiring about a certain order that is taking time. Dont send out 2 emails saying the order is done then it not being done. If you tell someone you are going to look into a problem, follow through. This is why the 1 star review.
Graeme did an amazing job and is very meticulous with what he does. The placement of decals on the t-shirts he made were the same for every one. Consistency is amazing, price is even better and the time he takes to finish the job is top notch. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.
