We have used Bruder Built for our laser cutting and metal forming needs for many years. They are always at the forefront in having the latest in laser cutting and forming equipment to be able to accurately produce complex parts. They provide us good service on everything from large orders to small prototype parts. We have challenged them with producing small batches of complex prototype pieces with many changes from one order to the next and they continue to treat these orders as a priority when many other business's would push small order time consuming prototype work off.
We have been dealing with Bruder Built for quite a few years now and have found the quality of their work and service to be exceptional. Our company tends to request a fair amount of product on a rush basis and Bruder is our go to for most of these instances and they always come through. Nice clean modern facility as well.
I have always found them to be prompt and courteous whenever I have placed orders. They have always come through for me if I required anything immediately. Great working with them !
We have received very poor service here. They do not deliver according to commitments and lately the parts have often been cut/bent wrong. Also they don't seem to be able to resolve the problems they cause.
