I have been looking for Yokkao gloves in Canada for some time, and while there are a small handful of stores that sell them, they don't compare to the selection and service of Grindhouse. My son is new to the sport of Muay Thai so for a Christmas I wanted to get some gloves, etc as part of his Christmas gift. When I was searching online all I could initially find were companies that were outside of Canada making delivery timelines risky. I happened across Grindhouse Performance in BC and was thrilled! I called to confirm they did in fact have what I was looking for and could ship within Canada soon enough to have it arrive for Christmas. I definitely prefer to support local this year more than ever so it was perfect! Josh (the owner) went above and beyond in helping me out. When I found out his new store front in Vancouver was near my sons home he offered to deliver the items personally. He even went so far as to have his wonderful wife wrap the gifts for my son. To say I am ever so grateful them is an understatement. The exemplary service they showed us is precisely how companies should treat their customers when they want a wonderful reputation for service. Such amazing service. Josh went above and beyond to get the products to me, which were also wrapped and ready to put under the tree! One item was too big and he made it very easy to exchange for the right size. My husband is an MMA fighter and is always looking for quality training apparel, that looks good! The quality of the Boxraw line, in my opinion, surpasses that of any other workout clothing I've seen. Will be ordering from Grindhouse again, 100% Thanks you guys!
