Andrew and his team took on a huuuuuuge landscaping project at our home. Was the project done on time? No. Were the results better than we expected? Yes. Is Andrew easy to work with? A million times yes. We are some of the pickiest clients ever, but any time there was an issue Andrew would address it to our satisfaction - if you knew us, you would know this isn't an easy feat. We are delighted with the final results! In sum, if you hire New Horizons, you'll be satisfied with the price and the final project; just know that it might take a little longer than you expect. Totally worth it.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Actually hired this company back in 2018 to pour a slab of concrete for a shed. Andrew comes across as a nice guy. Paid cash ahead of time. I should have known better. I noticed that the measurements for the concrete were off and on a slant. Called to let Andrew know not to pour the concrete until he re-measured properly. He still had the concrete poured while I was at work and assured us it was the right measurements. Sure enough, when the shed was placed the concrete was short and not straight. Understand that it may not be a problem since the shed is still sold on the concrete, but it is not aesthetically pleasing and comes down to poor workmanship, even after being told the measurements were short and not squared. Tried to contact him several times by phone, email, and text. Realized it could not be re-done, but wanted something done to make it look better. No accountability for poor workmanship. I attempted to use this company to support small business. After looking at other reviews I found that I was not the only customer to be ignored after payment. Warning: IF you do choose to disregard my review and use this company, DO NOT PAY IN FULL until you are satisfied with the job. Wish I had checked reviews before hiring them.
Our experience with New Horizons Landscape was a fantastic one! Andrew was always professional and on time from our quote to the work being done while we were away on vacation. His prices were fair, his crew did excellent work and we are very pleased with the end results. All transactions were smooth and he was professional throughout our entire experience. Highly recommended!
Everybody is entitled to provide feedback. My review on New Horizons is based on the project they just completed on June 26th 2018. Andrew and his team is very professional, courteous and hard working individuals. The quality that was promised was surely delivered. The rates provided are very competitive and there is a reason why majority of the houses in our neighborhood contracted New Horizons. Andrew is very busy and this also means that many times it is difficult to field all the calls. Thank you New Horizons, keep it up.
We recently contracted New Horizons Landscape for snow removal this year and excellent service and and came by to remove snow during the times specified.
