Staff was great and once I got in for the procedure it was all good. The reason for the 3 star review is the appointment procedures they have in place during Covid. To start they have disabled booking appointments, which makes no sense, would it not be better to have less people waiting in lineups? Once inside which was a really confusing experience which I will detail below they ask you to sit in one of the six chairs that are numbered in the waiting room, and after each person is called in you rotate to the next chair until you get to number 1. In between all of this there is no wiping down of any of the chairs. Again why? The less contact you have with surfaces that can potentially be contaminated would be better I assume. Once I was called to a room for the test I saw no evidence of anything that could have been used to wipe down the chair that I was asked to sit in to have the blood drawn.

I was there before they opened this morning. With a few other people. The lab person came out at about quarter to the opening time to tell us how to line up on the spots, we were all 6' apart on the axes. I was the first by the door. She came out with NO MASK ON! and was only about a foot away from me! I did not appreciate that!

Extremely rude staff. Very disorganized regarding who had been checked in and who hadn’t. Very little measures in place regarding COVID safety. The staff kept asking people to move around and trade chairs in the waiting room without sanitizing them at all. They made very little effort to find my husband’s requisition and quickly said they didn’t have it in the system. Went to another lifelabs and they found it no problem. Definitely wouldn’t go here again.

Extremely disgusted with the service my wife received at this location. We paid for a blood test that was administered incorrectly. Then my pregnant wife had to go back again only to be sent away humiliated and in tears. Absolutely disgusting that a public health facility would treat a young pregnant women so rudely

My experience with this branch is amazing all the staff from front desk to the technician are really awesome they're all.very friendly, accommodating, professional and efficient I highly recommend this LifeLabs Branch in Grimsby
