Arc Acres is the only place we purchase pork and beef from. So many reasons why: - it is delicious - you can taste the difference from mass-produced meat - they put enormous care, effort and knowledge into their farm, their animals, and their clients. - great value and pricing for full/half cow/pig. Best way to stock up your freezer. Amber is helpful, lovely to deal with and passionate about sustainability and offering a better product for her clients. Conveniently located just outside of Manotick. Highly recommended.

We are regular purchasers from Arc Acres and feel so lucky to have access to such high quality, ethically sourced meats. Our personal favourites are the offal sausages (BEST way to get organ meats into your life), all of the pork sausages (try the maple walnut, yum!), ground beef, lard and tallow. Soup bones are also fantastic and you know there are no nasties in the marrow. Amber is wonderful and stands behind her products. Not only are the animals organic, but also pastured on grass, and eventually, processed locally which avoids long and stressful trucking like some unfortunate animals must endure. I've had ground beef, filet mignon and rib steak from Arc Acres and every bite has been amazing! I would recommend this company to anyone who is interested in quality, organic, local meat.
Tried their organic breakfast sausages. What a difference in quality and taste from grocery store products.
I was fortunate enough to try some of Arc Acres organic beef and pork products. Even though I've only had a few products my favourite is the filet mignon and the breakfast sausage links. The filet mignon was so tender and juicy it melted in my mouth. I loved the breakfast sausage links, they were delicious! I can't wait to try the maple walnut sausage. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Organic is the way to go and there is no comparison to the taste and quality of their beef and pork products.
