Yes on occasion I have waited for a script to be filled. However when I call ahead and don't get to the store for half an hour my meds are ready. I have found the staff especially in the pharmacy dept to be fantastic and very friendly. I enjoy going to the store knowing I will be taken care of.

Should offer cannabis
I've been going here for years. They have a great, friendly team in the pharmacy, post office and in store. Several have worked there all the time I've been going, which alone, says something. The relatively new Pharmacist/owner, Simon Lu, is friendly and very competent.

Stace in cosmetics is absolutely amazing. Has the best customer service I’ve experienced in this Shoppers location and is the only reason I go back. She is so knowledgeable about her field and a pleasure to deal with!
