Amazing experience..it was a bit costly but totally worth it for first timers. The staff was helpful and guided us well. The only issue was with the stereo which wasn't working on our trip. Otherwise great experience!

Please see Faisal Sheikh's review below. This is an update: I opened claim with Visa for 2,500 they charged for minimum damage. Muskoka Boat rentals provided fake invoices for 2,500. They were also not able to provide true evidence through genuine invoices showing part numbers, labor cost etc for damages even though Visa gave them 45 business days to respond. Long story short, all 2,500 were reversed in my account by Visa. Lesson learned: Do not give your credit card information to anyone unless and until you see eal and true\ evidence of damage expenditure and insurance details and coverage from any rental company. And if you do happen to give the information they way I did you can always fight back and you will win if you are right. Good luck and be careful !
We rented 2 boats, 90 and 115 hp, 115 was little faster than 90 but both looked same. Spent almost 1000 for 2 hours. But be careful while checking out, bcz they will say more fuel is used if even it is not.
Beware of Muskoka Boat Rentals! His insurance coverage and claims process is shady. We rented a boat and got insurance. Unfortunately the propeller (apparently) hit an unmarked stone. Btw the lake has many of those and depending on your stroke of luck, its bound to happen to people. Anyhow we reported the damage and were given assurance that 2500 deductible will not be used unless a mechanic invoice goes over. We were explained that the work is done by an external shop and mechanic's invoice would be shared for transparency. In the end the gentleman sends his own company invoice, deducts 2500 from our card and doesn't reply to our emails or phone requests for mechanic invoice. These are shady insurance practices. We are contesting the charge and will drag him to Better Business Bureau and where ever possible. The only thing we want to get out of this to bring it in the open so he doesn't do the same to another person.
It was really pricey but worth it..! Had so much fun driving it, it was so much fun the only bad part was cuz it was a 4 hour window we had to pee real bad and we could only go to the nearest boston pizza..
